Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

What can be returned?

You can return most items sold on our store within 7 days of receiving your order. This includes all clothing, accessories, and other merchandise (with some exceptions noted below).

Exceptions:

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. The product must be unused and in its original condition with original tags attached.
  • Items with missing tags or original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Return Window:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Shipping Costs:

A flat return shipping fee of ₹75.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Initiate your return: Contact our customer service team by replying to your order confirmation email or visiting our Contact Us page. Let them know which items you wish to return and the reason for your return OR you can write to us on contact.superflyapparel@gmail.com
  2. Return instructions: You will receive instructions on how to return your items, including a prepaid Label on your email
  3. Pack your return: Carefully pack the unused and undamaged items you are returning in their original packaging, if possible. Make sure to include the packing slip, and ensure all original tags are still attached to the items.
  4. Ship your return: Securely seal the package and ship it back to us using the address provided on the return instructions.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy guidelines, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, minus the return shipping fee, to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive a notification email once your refund is processed.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to process exchanges directly. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and use the refund to place a new order for the desired size or color.
